Once ordered please send your photo to [email protected] with order number, as I have zero idea how to add an upload box, please bare with me until I figure it out.

✨️All Personalised items must have their spelling checked over before completing your order.
I will not be kept accountable for people’s spelling mistakes

✨️ Photo Products must have the best quality image you can find, screenshots unfortunately aren’t good enough quality to do anything with. (You can normally tell by zooming in to your image)

✨️Please send images via whatsapp which the link is on the page or email [email protected]

✨️Please select the correct postage, if you are unsure which to choose drop me a message

✨️ Refunds will not be given on any Personalised item unless there was an error on my behalf

✨️For broken or missing parcels please message me as soon as possible. After 5-7 days I will no longer be able to help

✨️Please understand while I build my business up I’m still in full time employment, and I’m away 5 days of the week.
If you order Thursday- Sunday this is my quickest turn around time

✨️All parcels are sent royal mail 48 hour, this does not mean you will get it in 48 hours time it means after completion it should arrive around this time frame
