•All photo mugs and personalised items refunds are not accepted unless broken in transit, so please make sure they are the correct photos

✨️All Personalised items must have their spelling checked over before completing your order.
I will not be kept accountable for people’s spelling mistakes

✨️ Photo Products must have the best quality image you can find, screenshots unfortunately aren’t good enough quality to do anything with. (You can normally tell by zooming in to your image)

✨️For broken or missing parcels please message me as soon as possible. After 5-7 days I will no longer be able to help

If you order Thursday- Sunday this is my quickest turn around time
